Help with angry message received

What is the best way to respond to this:
Subject: Removal of ALL OF YOUR CRAP FROM MY TREE
PLEASE TAKE ALL OF YOUR ADDITIONS AND PHOTOS OFF OF MY TREE!!!
I don't know what to do. The person is not in my family group and I do not collaborate with them. I can't even remember what profile(s) they have. I remember seeing their name as a manager on a profile. I think it was a Pilgrim line. So many people have merged into that profile, not just me.
Do I ignore the message? I don't know how to phrase a response. What should I say, if anything? I don't want to start a huge mess. She's obviously upset as it is.

Explain him/her that you have your own tree and it is he/she who have entered your tree.

I would simply tell them to send any complaints to Geni, and I wouldn't be against blocking that individual so they can not send any more messages to you.

Thank you. I wrote them a polite message. If they respond back I will see what happens. I don't even know what I did. I will block if needed.
