Adopted Sister

I realize this issue has been brought up countless times, and if memory serves the answer has either been to ignore the question or the infamous "coming soon" answer. I was just wondering if there was anything being done to address adopted siblings or children. I have a sister and a aunt that were adopted into my family and would like to include them in this tree but would also like to keep the tree acurate. Right now I have just added my sister as a blood relitive but my aunt does not feel comfortable not acknowleging her birth parents.
So Geni, my question is will the adoption issue be addressed or not, and if so is there an ETA on it?

Adoption will absolutely be addressed, and in fact we recently worked out some user interface details that were holding us back. I cannot commit to a release schedule, however.
